Our shows offer unique opportunities to sell to serious scale model railroaders.  In the period of two days, you will find several thousand attendees eager to see and buy what you have brought to the show--an opportunity virtually impossible to recreate on the internet or in your retail location!  Make it happen at The Great Scale Model Train Show/All-American Hi-Rail and Collectors Train Show.

Vendor setup times:
Friday  You asked, we agreed - you can get in earlier! 
            2:00 - 10:00 pm ... All Vendors
            1:00 - 10:00 pm ... Large Display Layouts 
          Please let us work uninterrupted until 2 pm so this can work out.
          "Just wanting to find out where your tables are" IS AN INTERRUPTION!!!
Saturday 7:00-9:00 a.m.
Sunday    8:30-10:00 a.m.

our basic rules:
#1. You MUST remain set-up and open for business until:
     Saturday  4:00 p.m.  Public admission stops at 4 p.m. but
                 they don't have to leave until 5 p.m., so you really
                 should be there to watch your stuff anyway.  Besides
                 that might be when you'll make a big sale!

     Sunday 4 p.m.  We promise the customers a show up until
                 that time, and we mean to provide it!!  There are
                 always a few people who show up at 3:45 to buy
                 something and they don't like to find that they wasted
                 the trip because the dealer they're looking for has
                already left.  We don't like it either, and dealers who
                 pack & leave early  will find themselves in the
                 boonies next show, if we allow them in at all.  Can you
                 start packing anything before 4 p.m.?  As long as it
                doesn't look like it, nobody will care, right?  Just keep
                 the tables looking good.

    Exceptions:  
       * If you sell out entirely, congratulations--let us know and
          we'll arrange to fill your empty tables.

       * If you get sick or have a real emergency at home--let us
          know and we'll help you get out with minimum disturbance
          to the show.  Just don't kill off the same mother-in-law
          more than once, and not even once on SuperBowl Sunday.

Cool dealer privileges:
 * You get free donuts & coffee during Saturday morning setup, and free coffee during Sunday setup.
 * The food concession is open during Friday evening setup.
 * Electricity is free, just bring your own 50' cord.  Let us know if
    you cross an aisle and we'll tape it down for you.
